Ducker Worldwide formally announced today that David Eberly has been appointed Managing Director of Ducker Worldwide’s Transaction Advisory Practice. As Managing Director, Mr. Eberly will be a key contributor to Ducker Worldwide’s current service offerings including strategic growth planning, pro-active transaction ideation and target identification, due diligence, financial advice, transaction management, post-merger/acquisition integration and exit strategy.

Prior to joining Ducker Worldwide Mr. Eberly was Senior Managing Director and co-founder of Beringea LLC. Mr. Eberly directed the activities of Beringea's investment banking practice out of its Farmington Hills (Mich.) and London, England offices for clients predominantly in sectors including healthcare, transportation, clean technologies, industrial manufacturing, media and entertainment. Mr. Eberly provided Board of Directors-level consulting and advice to clients with regard to overall corporate finance and operational strategy, with particular emphasis on middle-market transactions for privately-held companies and U.S./European cross-border transactions.
Mr. Eberly served on the Board of Directors of Beringea LLC and Beringea Ltd. He represented Beringea on the boards of its British venture capital trusts, ProVen VCT and ProVen Growth & Income VCT. He was also a founding shareholder and was a member of the Board of Directors of European Gateway Acquisition Corp.
