- Partnership: willingness and/or opportunity to acquire
Approach:
Conduct a value chain analysis for each vehicle structure through segmentation to determine those structures that offer the most potential for a total engineered active safety structure solution.
Results:
Ducker Advisory served as the lead advisor to the Client in a $42 million transaction
